Notes:
Ofir is an outstanding athlete, versatile, hard working prospect with the potential to be a solid three or four at any D-I program. Ofir is an extremely smart young man that shows excellent quickness and decision making on the floor. He can score around the basket and is comfortable with his back to the basket or facing it. He has an excellent shot from short/mid range and has shown good shot selection ability. He's long, lean, quick, and can score inside and out. He loves to drive, create contact, and draw the foul. Performs well under pressure - can take over a game. Runs the floor with good quickness, decent ball handling skills. At the high post, likes to face up and shoot over a player. Can pop out on the wings and hit the three. Excellent passer, court vision.
Defensively, he does a good job of man defense and knows how to help and get back to his guy. Ofir is always hustling and does a great job of rebounding inside even against taller and larger opponents. Excellent shot blocker.
General:
Ofir was a member of the Israel's Under-16 National Team and he is now playing for Israel's Under-18 National Team. Two years ago he won the MVP award at the NIKE camp in Milan, Italy.
