Notes:
Raz is a running & scoring PG that loves to control the tempo of the game. He uses his quickness to slice up any press. Skill wise, he has pheomneal court vision and awareness - he's one step ahead of everyone else. His short release is quick and he can shoot the 3pt shot off the dribble and screen. He's very quick with the ball and he has an outstanding hesitation move that allows him to get to the basket and finish as well. As far as intangibles go, he's a leader, he's a worker, and he's passionate about the game. As far as his attitude – outstanding.
Raz has the ability to make his teammates better with his extreme unselfishness and his tremendous court vision and awareness. Combining this with his foot speed makes it very difficult for opposing teams to apply pressure. Although Raz is usually a "pass first, shoot second" point guard, he does have a scorer's mentality when playing the 2-guard position. He is an excellent outside shooter and can get to the basket to draw fouls. Raz is an asset at the end of games because of his ability to make free throws consistently.
General:
Raz' tremendous performances at the High School league gave him a nationwide recognition and at age 17 he joined as a legitimate member to the Israeli under-18 National Team. Raz is a mature and ambitious young man that can step in right away at any college program.
