Yarden has been one of the top runners and triathlon athletes in Israel and one of the best in her age group in the past few years. She is extremely dedicated and multi talented, been successful in 1500, 3000, 5km and 10km events at the highest level. Yarden shows a lot of endurance and outstanding commitment. She is passionate about running and this is shown through her commitment in her training sessions and running competitions. She has set aggressive goals for herself and she is constantly getting better and improves her times at each competition.
