Chen is an outstanding combo player that can play as a defender and as a midfielder. He has great defensive capabilities combined with a strong body and aggressive attitude. He does not get pushed of the ball easily and also have a lot of upper body strength. Chen has very strong legs and a strong kick. He has great ability to out ran opponents and competes very well for the ball. His speed is very good and his stamina is excellent. Chen plays very effectively at any defensive position where his exceptional heading ability and passing (both short and long) are being used.

Chen is very focused on what he wants to achieve, and works very hard to reach the goals he sets himself. He is a great team player and will always make sure to put his teammate in a better position. Chen is very mature young man, focused and extremely dedicated. He will most definitely be a valuable asset to any college team who wishes to strengthen its defensive line.
Background:
Chen played soccer for "Mosinzon" High School, one of the best programs in the country. He competed in several European tournaments and gain great experience playing against the best of the European talents of his age group.
