Yarin primarily plays in midfield, however, he is very versatile and can play anywhere in the midfield as well as up top in the striker position. Yarin is strong and athletic, displays great speed, awareness and sense of the game. He is a constant presence to the opposing teams on the outside flank throughout the game and is a tireless defender. He makes the extra effort to make the supporting run and works extremely hard as a second defender Yarin has great 1v1 skills and has been used as a striker when a goal was needed. He has very good technical skill and tactically can pick up any system of play. Although he is primarily right footed, he tackles hard and strikes the ball well with both feet. He is very accurate and can pass and shoot with both feet. He has a great touch on the ball and has shown great poise and confidence in any situation.

Yarin has been a standout player on BC Maccabi Tel-Aviv youth and junior teams. He led his team twice to win the national cup and once to win the national championship.
