General:
Herman is a gifted athlete that possesses an explosive jumping ability and ball control. He is a very smart hitter that is able to see what the block is giving him and he is able to execute at a very efficient level. Herman he is a force on the court. He can hit anywhere along the net, with an excellent approach touch. He moves well and has great court coverage. His strength is his swing, he hits with power around and over blocks. In tense game situations Herman is most definitely your “go to” person; His ability to handle clutch situations on the court is outstanding.
Herman's Individual Workout

Herman always performs at the best of his abilities and possesses many qualities and skills of a true competitor. With his quick feet his athleticism and quickness he is also becoming a very good blocker that uses his eyes and instincts to put up a good block.

Background:
Herman is a very experienced player that competes at the highest levels of volleyball in Israel and in Europe. He led his high school team to several achievements, winning once the High School State Championship and once the State Cup. Herman is a mature and responsible young man.
Herman is a very extraordinary young man, he is highly mature, responsible and possesses leadership on and off the court. His leadership and competitive spirit makes him someone who is not willing to give up and makes him a student-athlete any college coach would want to have on their team.
