General:
Iren is a highly skilled soccer player who is a member of the Israeli national team. She has excellent foot skills and speed. She has great field vision and is strong at headers. She played several positions (forward, center mid, outside mid). She is extremely versatile and has the ability to settle the ball and distributes the ball to her teammates. She has a tremendous amount of heart and plays as hard in practice as in games.
Creative, savvy offensive threat. Composed when handling the ball. Crafty. Rarely rushes. Iren plays a very intelligent type of soccer. She has great field vision and is the type of player who makes her surrounding teammates better because of her presence. She is unselfish, extremely coachable and is a leader by example..
Overall Iren is tremendous player with many attributes on both the offensive and defensive side of the field. She is never afraid to attack, never afraid to shoot, never afraid to take on the opponent. On defense she has a very good work rate, particularly on her recovery runs. She is not afraid to tackle the ball and she knows how to mark the opponent in various parts of the field. Her versatility is something any coach would love to have. She can play any position on the field, but she is at her best when in an offensive position.
Background:
Iren has been playing soccer since age 6. As a 14 year old she is playing premier soccer on Hapoel Petach Tikva junior club. She was her High School team captain. A member of the Israeli National Team.
