Mr. David Adler - Director of International Operations
Mr. Adler is the founder & CEO of 'ScoutBB International' (ScoutBB.com), a global showcase directory for the basketball industry. Mr. Adler oversees and directs the TVS operations overseas. As a player, David began his college basketball career at the University of South Florida (1995-97) and graduated from the Metropolitan State College of Denver (1997-99). He grew up in Baketball Club Maccabbi Tel-Aviv and was a member of the Israeli national team.
David is a graduate of the Metropolitan State College of Denver, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Information System. He also earned a Master Degree in Information Technology from BIU in Israel.
Mr. Jim Cossetta - Director of Information Technology
Mr. Cossetta is the co-founder and General Manager of eSports Ventures (ESV) and Co-Founder and President of 4What Interactive. ESV is dedicated to the creation of interactive and web-based products related to the world of sports, highlighted by The Sports Clearinghouse and The Virtual Scout. 4What Interactive is a leading-edge provider of multimedia-based solutions that combine "creativity with a business sense." 4What advances business communication through innovative "Business Life Cycle Solutions" involving all aspects of a company's operations. In support of these solutions, 4What provides a full range of interactive services that can be delivered via the Web, CD-ROM, Shaped CD, Touch Screen Kiosk, Video, Wireless and Network.
Mr. Cossetta is a graduate of the University of Georgia's School of Business Administration and was a scholarship athlete on UGA's baseball team.
Mr. Greg Haenke - TVS U.S. Scout
Greg has vast scouting experience having spent invaluable time at prominent agent, Mark Bartelstein's office. Greg is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana.
Mr. Jesus Sala Naranjo - International Regional Scout
Jesus Sala Naranjo began his coaching career at San Gabriel High School where he led both the Varsity and Junior Varsity teams to the 2nd Division Championships. He received his degree in Physical Sciences from Complutense University and is currently receiving his master degree in Sports Training. He then went on to coach in C.B.F. Tres Cantos where he was the Basketball Director for two years. He is currently the Head Coach of C.B. Alcala where he coaches the Men's Team of the EBA League and the Junior Boys Team of the 1st regional division. He has participated in camps worldwide including the Coach Wooden Basketball Camp and the Blue Chip Basketball Camp in the US. He is an accredited National Basketball Coach from the Spanish Basketball Federation
Mr. Walter Carvalho - International Regional Scout
A Brazilian native, coach Walter Carvalho is also the author of several basketball publications in English and Portuguese. With a massive experience at the international basketball scene, coach Carvalho served in several positions throughout the world. Among his many jobs he coached "America Clube" (81-82), "Fluminense Clube" (91-92), and "Olaria Atletico Clube" (1994) of the first Brazilian league. He was the assistant coach of the Men's Olympic Team of Brazil in 1992. After three years at the University of Alabama Birmingham (94-97), he coached several teams in Asia and the Middle East (UAE, Bahrain and Lebanon). On 2001 he became the head coach of the National Team of Bahrain.
Mr. Rob Sandler - West Region Scout
Mr. Sandler is the president of the 'Sandler's Scouting Review' - A comprehensive college report. Mr. Sandler brings TVS a broad basketball background and coaching experience. Mr. Sandler earned a BA degree from the University of Arizona, and MAT National from Louis University.
